Refund Policy

1. Custom Services Policy
Because web development (Next.js layout building), search engine optimization audits, logo design, and ad campaign setups are highly customized, service deposits (advance payments) are non-refundable once design assets or source code architectures have been produced.
2. Project Cancellation Grace Period
If you choose to cancel a signed project order within **48 hours** of signing the contract AND prior to the initiation of any visual mockups, software environment provisioning, or ad copywriting, you may request a full refund of your initial deposit, minus a 10% administrative processing fee.
3. Advertising Spend Budgets
All advertising budgets spent directly on third-party networks (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) are non-refundable under any circumstances. Aniix Digital has no access to or control over payments made to Google Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.
4. Refund Processing Method
Approved refunds will be processed within **7 to 10 business days** and credited back to the original bank account or UPI/payment method used during checkout. A formal refund statement receipt will be sent to the client email address.
